Thank you for choosing this Ancient Wellness Tools retreat! Please read the details carefully and let us know if you have any questions. In making this deposit, you agree to pay $300 to add your name to the Wellness Retreat that you have chosen. The deposit is non-refundable. Please await confirmation of your attendance before making travel plans. Your name will be added to the list in the order that your deposit was received. You will receive a notice of confirmation when your place is secured. In the case that only waiting list is available, you may request your deposit if you prefer not to wait. If you have specifications about sharing rooms, privacy or other preferences that we should be aware of, please email us directly with those details so that we can best meet the needs of all our participants. Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive a payment schedule, some forms to complete, and an invitation to an information zoom session. Unless otherwise arranged, the balance will be divided into 2 equal payments, one due 90 days before the retreat and the other 30 days before.
