Alpha Gal affects each of us differently. Through health coaching you can learn about vegan options and other dietary substitutions. You can also learn about hidden ingredients, where to find information and how to keep track of your reactions.

Try new foods, preparations and consumption habits.
Share you feelings, analyze your obstacles and identify areas where you need additional support.
