Alpha Gal allergy is caused by ticks and causes mild to severe reactions to mammal meat and other products. If you have a diagnosis from an allergist, health coaching can help you to adjust and to make changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Alpha Gal affects each of us differently. Through health coaching you can learn about vegan options and other dietary substitutions. You can also learn about hidden ingredients, where to find information and how to keep track of your reactions.

In your session, I will support you to:

Set your own wellness goals which are realistic and informed.

Explore theories and research to discuss with your doctor.

Try new foods, preparations and consumption habits.

Share you feelings, analyze your obstacles and identify areas where you need additional support.
